Claim Car Hire adheres to a fair wear and tear policy, which aligns with industry standards as defined by the Australian Auction House.
We have clearly stated what constitutes damage and what would be chargeable at the end of your rental period for your convenience.
We urge you to compare the vehicle’s condition with the ‘pre-existing condition notes’ included in your rental agreement. Please seek a Claim Car Hire representative to correct any discrepancies, as we strive to keep our records accurate.
Feel free to document any pre-existing damage via a dated photograph before departing from the rental location. If you do so, it’s essential to show this to a Claim Car Hire representative upon return.
